Delivery
We will always attempt to get your order sent out to you as soon as possible. In general, orders are sent out within 3-5 working days of payment clearing. Delivery within the UK is a next day service, international delivery times will vary. All our orders are delivered through City Link and you can track your order (using the consignment number emailed to you on dispatch of goods) through their website.
In the event of your order taking longer than expected to despatch (for example due to an item being out of stock) we will contact you and keep you informed of your order's progress.

Returns Policy
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please return the items in their original packing with a copy of your invoice and packing note to the address provided. Please also provide us with a reason for your dissatisfaction and your preference for an exchange or a refund.
